Seen on time with every step of my visit was explained beforehand.
He listened to my complaints, reviewed my medical history, made recommendations and prescribed medications to help me. Spent lots of time explaining what I should expect from the medication. Have a follow up call in 2 weeks and an office visit in 90 days.
He is a fantastic doctor who always makes you feel like the most important patient he has all day.
Listens to my concerns. Personable. I feel heard and seen with Dr Copeland.

I hadn’t been to a doctor, other than urgent care, in over 20 years. Dr. Copeland checked me out from head to toe and spent time explaining every procedure and result. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in his office. The staff is over the top friendly. If you are looking for a GP - look no further.
