I had the best experience at Austin & Reid Dental. The measures they have taken to ensure everyones safety is very reassuring. They have the best hygiene team in Genesee county too!! Professional, gentle, and caring.
Office has friendly very professional staff and I am taken care of promptly. I enjoy the welcome office setting and attention given to seasonal change of decor.
Everyone there is as really nice really like Dr. Reid he was very nice and checked me out good it was had to have to find a new dentist after more than forty years going to the same one but I think Dr. Reid was great and I will enjoy going to him for my new dentist 🙂

Just another cleaning . Nancy was great as always . I really appreciate the safe guards that have been put into place during this pandemic . Thanks for all the extra precautions , I know it isn't easy to work this way but your office is doing great . I missed my normal chat with "Di" but I'll be back in March and hopefully things will be back to normal . Thanks again for all you do for our safety and our health . Great Job !

Being a insulin dependent diabetic, older then dirt, and having only 3/4 of a lung places me on the virus-19 "high risk" list and I was very concerned going in for my cleaning!!! I was totally impressed with the safety procedures, from waiting in your car, proper mask wearing by the entire staff, to individualized air purification systems in each treatment room. I could not have asked for a more professional and safe environment!!!! Thank You!!!
