Dr Steffens is a kind of Dr that you want to see every week! I started 3 weeks ago and my energy are up again, my body is less painful and I can sleep now that is great! Dont be afraid to start a new process to heal your body and connect your organs at 100% again!!
I came in to Dr. John about a year ago. At that point I had been taking adderall consistently for over 10 years. Since I started receiving regular adjustments I have been 100% medication free. In addition, my wife and I haven't had to spend a dime on other doctor visits. If you're looking for a great chiropractor, I highly recommend Dr. John.
I had been suffering from regular tension headaches, and then when I pulled a muscle in my back, I reached out to Dr. Steffens for emergency treatment. He helped me gain immediate relief and work through my injury, and then his ongoing adjustments and exercises have all but eliminated my headaches. Plus he and Szabina are a pleasure to interact with every time I visit!
