Dr. Pilcher performed gastric sleeve surgery on my daughter in 2017 and I was impressed to say the very least! Dr. Pilcher fully explained all of the pros and cons of all weight loss procedures and helped us to decide the best one for my daughter. He answered all of our questions and really made my daughter feel comfortable with her decision! The results were AMAZING!! So amazing, that I went to Dr. Pilcher for the same procedure in 2018! We couldn't have asked for a better doctor!!
Dr. Pilcher has a wonderful bedside manner. He explained every part of the process, before/after procedure and has made himself available any time I have had a concern. Would highly recommend, and have to multiple people! All have scheduled and been very happy with their results!

Dr Pilcher is very attentive to questions and makes sure you understand your procedure. I have had no problems at all and would definitely recommend Dr Pilcher for weight loss surgery. The hospital staff he uses is also great, Cheryl and Gus.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Pilcher. He is so compassionate, understanding, and is a highly skilled surgeon. I had my surgery 8 years ago and have been in the best health of my life ever since. When I thought I had a complication arise a few years after surgery Dr Pilchers staff got me in to see him first thing the next morning. It turned out to be unrelated to my bariatric surgery but all the worry and not knowing what was going on was eliminated quickly. Everyone at Sage is 5 star!
Dr. Pilcher did my surgery a little over six months ago in October. It was my first surgery, and I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. He has the best bedside manner of any physician I've ever had and made me feel so at ease before surgery. I had the utmost confidence in him performing the procedure. The office staff at Sage Bariatric are truly awesome, as well. They are always pleasant and enthusiastic about what they do. your goals are their goals.
For those of us who have weight issues, Dr. Pilcher is a "Godsend". This is my life I am speaking of, aging and getting more sickly each year. Working out eating the "right" foods and still not losing the weight DEPRESSING, until I made my appointment with Dr. Pilcher. He truly CARED about me and my health. Thanks to his abilities I went from a size 18/20 to a size 10, I have lost over 80 lbs and my body is working correctly again. SEE THIS DOCTOR HE CAN PERFORM MIRACLES. THANK YOU
Find another doctor. Does not keep promises. Arrogant personality, He preformed my gastric bypass surgery left me with a hernia then refused to fix the hernia. I had to go to another doctor.

As best I can tell, you were last seen by my Physician Assistant in August of 2012 - that was about 6 months after your surgery and she was hopeful that more weight loss would give your repair more reliability. I had a gastric sleeve 7 months ago and have lost 50 pounds to date. The surgery was easy and I only needed 4 regular strength Tylenol afterwards. Dr. Pilcher is kind, thoughtful and very professional. I could not have had a better surgeon.
