I highly recommend Dr. Baldauf. He is extremely competent, knowledgeable, loves what he does, and is an excellent surgeon, who does not recommend surgery as the first option. He successfully reset my husband's broken femur, performed a total hip replacement for me, and currently has recommended physical therapy (instead of surgery) for a shoulder issue of mine. If and when I may need surgery, he will be my go to surgeon. He knows what he's doing and loves his profession.

Dr John Baldauf is very easy to work with on your particular problem and is very intune to your needs and wants to make your treatment as pleasant as possible. He's the best as far as I'm concerned.

Requested an appointment & was able to get one the following day. The staff were all exceptional and surgery is already in the works. After trying to get to this point for 7 months I am excited to proceed & get back to a normal. I would give 5 stars if I had a little more interaction to base it on, l am pretty sure it is just around the recovery. Thx.
Dr Baldauf was recommended by my home health nurse as being one of the best orthopedic surgeons in the Las Vegas valley. I was turned down for a total knee replacement by another orthopedic surgeon, and my nurse said he is willing to take on cases that other doctors won't. When I met him, he seemed very congenial and professional, and was very empathetic with my particular situation. He is one of those doctors that makes you feel confident that you made the right choice.
It is easy to get an appointment. Waiting times to see the Doctor are sometimes excessive. This is due to the fact that the Dr. spends a LONG time with you, really listening to your problems. He seems to sympathize and offer help. He is open to opinions of others. He has a great bedside manner. I have been having problems with my knee replacement, and I believe he is really concerned about my care, making suggestions, and offering advice.
