Went for procedure. Nice Covid 19 social distancing; felt comfortable.
Very good doctor, his staff seems somewhat tired and overworked, they have been very nice though. Hard to get an appointment, very hard to reach anyone per phone, billing department difficult to reach & they keep on sending me the same bill even though I've paid it already on the phone weeks ago, can't get anyone to answer my phone calls to clear this up. Hellish traffic in that area, ensure enough travel time. Wait time in the office usually around 30 minutes. Yes, I'd recommend going here.
Dr. Kowalczyk and his staff are very accommodating and courteous. I am always satisfied upon leaving his office. My questions and concerns are always addressed. I would recommend this physician to anyone of my family and friends.
