I really hate to give them even 1 star to be honest I’ve never heard of anyone more rude than the lady that answered phone. I had referral sent in on 22 of February. I called March 3 because I haven’t heard anything but been in excruciating pain so instead of making an ER bill was trying to see where things was. I recently got married so sometimes they use my married name or my maiden name I never know but anywho the lady told me on the 3rd that she hasn’t received anything never asked me my full name birthdate or anything. ... read more
I absolutely love this office !! I have never had any issues , honestly! They are very thorough, and professional! Friendly staff ! Dr. Castanada is very knowledgeable! Such a great dr . A dr that actually cares
