I too find him very arrogant! He was able to fix me but I find we just don't click. He works like a factory line and to me he doesn't care about you the patient but only his wallet. I think he has trained his admin assistants the same way as they asked for payment up front rather than paying each time. I fact that they had the nerve to ask for payment upfront is disgusting. I have to agree with most of the negative commetnts. I have been to other chiropractors and Dr Kilian comes off very arrogent trying to sell rather than helping patients. He is quick with the adjustments but spends the whole time chewing gum which is very unprofessional. The first appointment he rushes through getting xrays done and you have to schedule another appointment to see the results. Waste of time. He said I needed xrays but when I said I don't think I needed them, he snapped back and said "what chiropractic school did you go to?" Wow I hit a nerve. Not a friendly doctor. His true colors came out. He should not be treating patients with that temper. AVOID this doctor.
What a complete waste of time.He rushes you through, desperate to take xrays (I he keeps those for his own purposes to make his business look good), doesn't tell you what the xrays mean, as he wants you to come to a 2 hour session to 'explain what chiropractory is to him'.First of all- he said 2 hours of time, it was more - started late, and then keeps people waiting to find out results (or else you have ot waste more time to come back again). He was at the Home and Design show with a machine that measured the tension in your neck and back. That's what hooked me. Then he said normally the first consultation with him cost $50 but that day it was $20 and the proceeds would go to charity. We paid and made an appointment to go see him a couple of weeks later. I wonder why a patient would attack another patient who is describing their own interaction with a doctor. I've had a similar experience with this chiropractor. I was uncomfortable locking myself into a long term treatment plan worth alot of money and was feeling pressured to do so. In the end I decided not to sign on. After sitting in his 2-hour seminar in which he used scare-tactics for you to believe your spine’s responsible for all ailments and other chiropractors are no good, he slapped my xrays on the board and told me his 1-Year Treatment Plan, totaling over $3,000 with the first 3 months of treatments of 3-times per week, told me to pay UPFRONT for entire month’s of sessions TODAY.
