Staff: I found the staff to be quite nice. Punctuality: Dr. Kilian started the session 15 minutes late, however claimed during the session that he never keeps patients waiting more than 15 minutes. Helpfulness: Dr. Kilian charged $120 but did not perform a single treatment. Knowledge: The presentation was informative, however the level of knowledge and speaking capability was not as I expected. Dr. Trevor Kilian has been my chiropractor for almost 3 years, and is hands down the best chiropractor out there. He is very passionate about improving the wellness of his patients and allowing the body to heal itself through regular spine adjustments. It's not unknown that chiropractic is not widely excepted in today's health system. This boggles my mind. No bones about it, The MacDonalds of his field! First of all, I need to take full responsibility for not getting his fees up front. Robbinsesque sales pitch, slick & well choreographed. I agree with all the negative comments. Too bad I did not read about him before paying him $200 so far. He is very arrogant and my gut feeling is telling me that it is a scam, i.e. he doesn't care about the patients and only about making money. If he is doing so well, why is he advertising his services via trade shows? Why does he want his patients to recommend family and friends to him? The only thing I disagree is that SO FAR, I found his receptionists to be friendly...but perhaps that's because I haven't "rocked the boat"... read more
Dr. Kilian is hands down the best Chiro I have seen. I was really surprised to see the comments below. I have had nothing but an amazing experience since I walked in that office. Staff are great, Dr. Kilian educates his patients on health and Chiropractic. I have actually lost 50+ pounds since I started there because of how inspiring Dr. Kilian was for me. I have referred 2 people in and they both love the office and Dr. Kilian. If you are actually looking to become WELL, I highly recommend this Dr.
My mother always taught me that if I had nothing nice to say, to say nothing at all. Also go with your gut feeling, if the vibes are bad, that is your signal to not return. We work hard for our money and we deserve the very best. Believe me they are out there and very respectful, and considerate towards their paying customers. Went in. Paid $150 for xrays and 3 minute 'exam'. Was told I would have to come to the group session to see results. I was told to allow 2 hours, first hour him speaking, second hour reviewing xrays of group. He started 15 mins late, proceeded to talk for the full two hours, then said if we lived close by to RESCHEDULE and come back a THIRD time. My God. I just wanted to be adjusted on round 1. So angry. I agree with all Negative Comments. He's the type of guy that, in my opinion, will only gel with a couple of types of people. The open concept office is annoying. He's arrogant and whatever he says to you, everyone else will be able to hear it. They are on the attack if you don't go in every week.
I shall start by saying that the average amount of ANNUAL visits as referenced by the Canadian Chiropractic Association is 8, not 30-40 as this "Doctor"? prescribes. He's knowledgeable and could be a great practitioner but unfortunately it's all about the money. Try good massage therapy and save your cash.
