He was very caring.
Had a badly infected tooth and needed to be seen immediately. Dr. West and his office staff was able to acomodate by squeezing me in with a noon appointment. Dr. West took the appropriate time to evaluate and give me the best treatment options. We choose the best of the options and Dr. West's work was outstanding. We were leaving on a two week vacation and his willingness to acomodate and treat on very short notice save out vacation.

Dr. John West did a root canal treatment on one of my teeth a few years ago and it became infected afterwards. He did not retreat it only reevaluated it several times and in the meantime the pain became worse. He finally saw me again few weeks ago but still refused to do anything only suggested to see him back in three months. Seriously??? Professional staff, clean, and the skill level of John West is second to none.
I've had 6 or more root canals with Dr John West and each time has gone well and he's a charm!
Super friendly & professional staff. Dr. West was very knowledgeable and I felt confident in his work. So happy I'm out of pain now. The office is beautiful as well.
Worst experience ever, changed my life forever. I regret not suing for his irresponsible behavior during my procedure. Loss my tooth due to overfill and have permanent nerve damage. Not a day goes by that I don’t feel burning and pain. Had he responded sooner to his error and not made me suffer for a full week telling me it could get better, I might not have permant damage.
To date I have had two root canals performed by John West. I may need to have a third. Please believe me, for your own benefit, this facility and Dr John West is the best choice you can make if you need this procedure. I was told by my regular dentist (no longer my regular dentist) that my tooth could not be saved and I needed to have an implant or a bridge. I saw an implant specialist and he refered me to Dr West.
