My son is chronically I’ll. We tried twice to make it to his appointment. He was sick and throwing up both times. Staff was very rude and more concerned that they had an hour scheduled for my son and he wouldn’t be there. She was very rude and talked down to me. We have been through a lot and her attitude was the worst. I didn’t see or hear any concern for the patient. Only concern for their business.
I am very satisfied with my the results. Staff is very professional and courteous.Dr. Dooley is very knowledgeable and I was finally able to receive the specialized treatment I needed for my testosterone replacement therapy. I would highly recommend Dr. Dooley!
Everybody in the office is extremely professional and kind and helpful. I never have to wait a long time to see the doctor. Dr. Dooley was willing to try to help me with my TMJ pain and inflammation, when no other doctor in the Quad Cities would, because apparently there are no specialists in this area when it requires more than physical therapy. We are making progress toward a solution to my pain and I so appreciate his help!
