I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Dianalan at AdvantageCare Physicians. I initially saw Dr. Dianalan for persistent left rib pain. She prescribed pain medication, referred me for an X-ray, and told me to message her if the pain continued. My X-ray showed no abnormal findings, but the pain persisted. Following her instructions, I sent multiple messages through the AdvantageCare patient portal asking for guidance on what to do next. My parents just had to switch to this doctor . My poor mom told her she cannot walk or even grab a soap that something is wrong she sent my mom home with Celebrex and told her to do physical therapy like my mom is in her 70 she is complaining of what seem like paralyzed nerve and your telling her to do physical therapy . This doctor needs to stop practicing medicine . Advantage care needs to follow up on this please . 🙏
