Couldn’t get an appointment for 5 months…established patient.
Dr. Ganz took her time to listen to me, and review what she was going to do, while doing my annual skin check she told me what she saw and more importantly she told me it was normal. I never felt rushed and Dr. Ganz explained my treatment plan and her goals in a manner I could fully understand. She made a huge difference in how my skin is feeling. So glad one of my other doctors suggested I go see her.
Dr. Ganz is compassionate and kind. She treated my son and is very invested in his care. She spent a lot of time with him and is willing to always answer all my questions. She has great bedside manner.
Worth the wait to see her.
Waited an hour or more for a 5 minute visit with no answers. Dismissed my complaint Said I was not in pain. All wrong. To let teenage boys run a gynecology office is unconscionable. Parking is $15/ hour. Beware. Don't go.
This visit was a nightmare!!! The doctor pushed their internal CHEMICAL PEEL on me and refused to give me any medication to help. Trent (practice mgr.) informed me that she is the owner of practice and looking to make money.
I waited over 45 minutes. Past my appointment. I’m waiting 5 more then not coming back ever again. No respect for new patients
