They called me one day later and because we didn't want the same Dr they said they would call us back. 2 days later they called us back and said he can switch Drs. Appointment is 4 weeks out. Do they not realize how much pain this individual is in???
My concerns were handled with understanding and sympathy. Kim was professional and proficient. Dr. Alvacado was kind and honest.

Dr. Alvarado is (and always has been) an excellent, good communicator; she explains well, offers practical helps & she's VERY pleasant & never in a hurry.
Here care is great, need better blood taker person, since girl from Kansas left. Kim did it last time at 7 am she did good. The walk in clinic needs better personnel as does sblhs emergency room.
But I think she is very busy
