I did not have any problems.
My care provider is very caring, she listens to me about my concerns and addresses them accordingly, I love the fact that I can tell her my feelings and she talks to me with her expert opinion and I feel so welcome there I would recommend her to all, she's very professional.
Dr. Alvarado is always thorough and does a great job explaining and including me in my care plan.
I absolutely love Dr Alvarado and the entire staff at Charleston family practice. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for primary care. I know that I will always be well cared for by staff that know me and care about me as a human not a number.
Dr Alvarado is a very caring and nice doctor.
They called me one day later and because we didn't want the same Dr they said they would call us back. 2 days later they called us back and said he can switch Drs. Appointment is 4 weeks out. Do they not realize how much pain this individual is in???
My concerns were handled with understanding and sympathy. Kim was professional and proficient. Dr. Alvacado was kind and honest.
