At my last visit I got into an argument with Dr. Sy about the scheduling issues and the fact that they schedule several 10 min appts instead of putting everything in one. Why do I have to come in twice to get test results? Dr. Sy told me straight out of her mouth, If she were to discuss my test results in one appt she would have to spend an hour with me and ... wait for it.... insurance is not paying her to spend an hour with me.
