I don’t write many bad reviews but this one is warranted! I had a 11:00am appointment and Dr. Shah did not come into the exam room until 1:00p.m!!! Never introduced himself or apologized until I addressed that he had me waiting 2 hours and he needs to value people time. He had not even reviewed my records, asking me when was the last time I was there and for what reasons etc. I told him that information should be in the computer. Then he said let me go review the records.
