The only doctors who actually listen to what you have to say. They have not given up trying to find the right medicine to help with my migraines. Absolutely love the doctors and their office staff is always nice.
Dr. Shang is hard to understand and wore a mask at my appointment making her words muffled which contributed to the communication difficulty I experienced. She has no bedside manner and did not listen when I answered her questions but talked over what I was saying with either new questions or the same questions. I found her to be unprepared, uncaring, and not interested in discussing why I was sent to her but formed opinions and made suggestions contrary to my diagnosis.
