He takes his time to provide patients with reassurance and to answer questions. He shows compassion and understanding.
Dr Rajendra and Dr Rios took time to listen to all of my concerns at initial visit and scheduled necessary procedures very quickly. On day of procedure I was treated with care and professionalism by the entire staff. Follow up visit was scheduled and I received a call to ensure all was OK after procedures. Highly recommend this facility and these doctors.

Very good Dr does everything in his power to help you. Very knowledgeable and caring, happy to have them as my doctor.
Dismissive of wife during hospital stay. Did not transfer records from hospital to patient record. Did not inform staff of reason for 1 week follow up. Told me to get up in weak state to get my wife when appt started. Rude. Arrogant. Chided me for listing possible causes for pancreas event. Chided me for asking a follow up question during his explanation. Wouldn’t rule out any cause. Made me travel for 1 week follow up that could have been done remote.
I’ve been seeing Dr Raj for several years. He has a great bedside manner and is always very informative. The wait time to see him is very good. Would definitely recommend.
The whole entire staff was rude. The first encounter of the receptionist was rude. Dr Rao has the worst bedside manners I have ever encountered with a MD. She was rude from her introduction. She did not listen to any of my concerns and dismissed all of my questions as if it was irrelevant. I would not recommend her nor did I schedule a follow. She spoke to me in the most degrading manner.
I did 3 bandings with Dr. Rao. She left immediately after each one so I could never really ask her questions. This last one was the final straw. I waited about 3 months for the last banding because I was NEVER told when to come back. I explained that to her but she wasn’t hearing it! I even confirmed with her staff, since she was so adamant about them presetting my “nonexistent” appointments! They confirmed that I never had any scheduled appointments! Visited Dr.Raj and was initially impressed by his wants of proceeding with exams to find the problem. Proceeded to get exams done at other facilities as his office does not offer them. Never once did Raj call me nor anyone of his staff to review the results. I called his office a total of6 and was eventually told that Dr. Raj would review everything with the day of the upper endoscopy procedure(last exam).
