Professional, prompt, and accurate care - wouldn’t go anywhere else
I called today because my 93 yr. Old mom got diagnosed with Covid. Was told she needed a video call with the dr. My mom cannot do that. She ‘s 93 yrs. old and doesn’t have internet. So because of that the dr. won’t help her. Told her to go to urgent care. How can you treat your patient like this. Especially a 93 year with Covid that can possibly kill her. Very upsetting.
