This review is based on my poor experience with the clerical staff at the office of dr. Yan. At the intake process, I returned all the forms filled out. I asked one of of the comsilt imclides all my testing not listed in tje payment agreement. She interupted me ,moslty because she was following her facility "policies" and told me i must put down a $200 deposit.
