I have suffered many many years of pain not thinking what to do!! it became worst in my mid 50ths I knew something had to be done... had to get rid of this excruciating ?? pain!!! Found a great doctor ?????!!!! Great personality.. Sence of humor.. Explained all the goods and bad.. Great bed side manners?? Made me feel great ???? I was very skeptical at first Went ahead and did it!! Now two and a 1/2 yrs later I did both hips and living life! I would recommend u to anyone! Tku ?? Dr Jacob??
I must say Dr Jacob and his team are by far the best compassionate group of people. Tiffany the office manager has the best patience ever with my sudden changes in life. Dr Jacob did an outstanding job and i feel his sincerity with my inability to ever do certain things again makes me feel like he is a straight up guy and always looks to find whatever he can help you with.
Dr. Jacob replaced both of my knees and did an excellent job. I was unable to walk and even get into a car, thanks to him I’m walking again without any pain. Also, he followed up to make sure I followed his guidelines after the surgery. I highly recommend this great surgeon.
I very highly recommend Dr. Jacob. I am in the medical field and have met many Drs. Dr. Jacob take the time to get to know you and explains the all procedures to you. Dr. Jacob shows compassion, which as a nurse I have been fade from medicine in the past few years. Thank you for the wonderful care he provides to patients. I recommend Dr. Jacob to all of my family, friends and patients.
Dr. Jacob was great, professional and explained everything about my swollen knee. I was so scared but he helped me to bring the swollen down and calm me down. What a great experience going home smiling after visiting Dr. Jacob. Thanks a million.
Dr. Jacob did My Rotator cuff surgery. From the first cisit to his office, he was professional, courteous and explained everything. He didn’t rush me into surgery but recommended Physician Therapy. Once that didn’t help, Surgery was the only option. The day of surgery he came to see me prior to surgery and assured me that all will go well. After the surgery he once again was at bedside and reassuring me that surgery went well and offered me advice. I highly recommend Dr. Jacob .
I had a great experience with Dr. Jacob. Total knee replacement. Fast recovery, and I feel better than I did before, for sure. The office staff was always friendly and got the job done.
Dr.Jacob is the most thorough doctor I have seen thus far. He performed my SLAP tear procedure flawlessly and I am back to almost full range of movement only 6 weeks post op. Fantastic bedside manor and the office staff was even more helpful with returning all of my calls, helping with my physical therapy prescriptions and even dealing with my insurance company. Next I will be recommending my father to finally get his knee replacement he so desperately needs. Thank you Dr.Jacob.
Absolutely horrific. Will be filing a medical board complaint. Avoid at all costs. The office doesn’t return calls to you or PT. Lies about records and scripts being sent. Rude office staff. Failed to even provide the correct post surgery equipment: And worst of all... scams the system to perform your surgery, then doesn’t provide care after b/c your insurance doesn’t cover him. Horribly unethical and I highly recommend avoiding at all costs.
