Can't thank Dr. Jacob enough for the excellent job he did. I was struggling with a severely arthritic hip and facing a 4 month wait for hip replacement surgery. Dr. Jacob was able to schedule me for surgery within a month, saving me from 3 months of misery. The pain was gone and I was on the way back to the activities I had been missing. I would highly recommend Dr. Jacob.

All of the staff at the commack location was excellent especially Leslie & Chorethenia who always go beyond the time frame to help prepare my paperwork as well as comfort. All deserve a raise

Dr. Jacob and his team were excellent. He replaced both of my hips; the right side in 2016, and the left side in January of this year. He took very good care of me both times, before the surgery, and after. His team completed all the necessary paperwork for the hospital and my employer. They were all very courteous and professional, in the office and on the telephone. I have already recommended him to a couple of people, who are in serious pain, like I was. I don't usually waste my time but here it goes. The short and sweet. Stay away! Jacob is not good enough to make up for how incompetent his office is. I had to make unscheduled appointments just to ask Jacob a couple of questions because his office couldn't figure out how to call me back. I Discussed this with Dr Jacob and he's in denial. I left him and went to a new office. After many different doctors, Dr. Jacob diagnosed my torn rotator cuff and bicep inflammation correctly. After doing arthroscopic surgery I am back to feeling good with full arm mobility

Dr. Jacob is an excellent surgeon. He has a wonderful bedside manner and explained my surgery in depth. He listens to my questions and his answers are easily understood. My appoint time with him as not rushed. Dr. Jacob cares about his patients. The staff is friendly and professional. Wait time was very good. A great overall experience and recommend Dr. Jacob very highly. He is top in his field. I give Dr. Jacob and his staff 5 stars . . .

Top notch. Dr.Jacob was warm, friendly and very reassuring as I dealt w/ partial hip replacement. Throughout he was available, answering my concerns in a very relaxed, non hurried manner.The actual surgery could not have gone better. In addition,his staff was competent, friendly and professional throughout. I would strongly recommend his practice.
