The doctor is great, very knowledgeable, and always looking to minimize intervention which I appreciate. He is not the kind to give unnecessary dosages, suggest prescriptions or procedure that won’t be effective, etc. I know most are defensive when receiving constructive criticism, but the front desk staff are a huge area of improvement for this practice.
