Horrible horrible receptionist. I have never encountered such rudeness. Jenny Tseng was selected as my pcp by blue cross blue shields. When I called to scheduled an appointment the receptionist told me they didn't want any new patients. When I inquired as to why Dr. Tseng is still being assigned if she wasn't taking on new patients, I was yelled at and told I don't answer to you, we don't want you as a patient. Tseng should do a mental evaluation on her receptionist. rude and unprofessional
