The Dr. is great, and the front lady not so much...She is icky.But I love the Dr.
AVOID THIS DR AND THEIR OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. Horrible experience. The woman who I believe is the doctors sister that works at the front desk is so horribly mean and nasty for absolutely no reason. I will never give this doctor my business and the other reviews seem to corroborate my experience, wish I had looked at the reviews first before I wasted my time.
1. The office administrator was rude. 2. Their rate is 50% higher than others. 3. I got the letter from insurance which confirmation that the proposed procedure was covered 100% and even had conference call with them, they still asked to put deposit. 4. They would not like to refund me for half a year, even both I and insurance company paid. They were holding the money asking us to book another appointment. 5. Rudest front desk person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with! Following a colonoscopy I was in so much pain Dr Tesng sent me to the ER...where I reluctantly went. I never heard a word from Dr Tseng afterward. I asked if I had done something to upset them, and again was met with rudeness beyond comprehension! When I tried to schedule the follow up for the colonoscopy the rude nasty woman at the front desk told me my appointment would be 2.5 months away because they were booked (doubt it!). The "receptionist" is BY FAR the RUDEST person I have dealt with...EVER!!!! 2 months to wait for results after a procedure, 1 trip (so far) to the ER, ZERO follow up from the doctor OR staff, and I was told I could get on a waiting list, but I would be at the bottom. Over-talking, rudeness, and unbelievable lack of care is why I will NEVER go back to this dump!!!!
Assigned to Dr Jenny by the VA. So glad, she is a warm , caring Dr that knows her business! I highly recommend Dr Tseng.
Horrible, Dr. sweet, but reception is a demon. I was given a follow-up appointment from which the physician performed a colonospocy on me. The day before my appointment, she left three different messages on my home phone. She demanded that I return her call by 5 p.m. to let her know if I planned to keep my appointment. I did not arrive home til after six p.m. so I was unable to call the office due to it being closed. Her message to me is that my appointment had been canceled due to not returning her call. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this place. Had a horrible experience with the front desk. She just doesn't listen to what the patient is saying. She keeps saying whatever she has to say and hangs the phone down. Doesn't even take a moment to listen. We had initial consultation with the doc and then were scheduled for an endoscopy. She called us and left a voice mail threatening us of cancellation. HORRIBLE HORRIBEL FRONT DESK. DONT EVEN THINK GOING TO THIS DOC OFFICE.
She is a very caring doctor and easy to access.
