Very welcoming and caring doctor. Made my mother feel human and showed compassion. Explained all the steps and medicine prescribed.
Listened and answered all of my questions and concerns. Started to help me find answers . Before I left my appointment we had a plan of action which definitely made me more comfortable and at ease. Would highly recommend!
Although his office is always busy Dr Schock is always friendly and takes the time with me I need every visit.

Everything was thoroughly explained and he put me at ease.
He was very attentive and pleasant.
Computer system needs upgrading. His laptop continued freezing up delaying the visit. He was running an hour behind due to computer issues. Not very productive in my opinion.
My wait in waiting room was longer than the time spent with Dr Schock. He presented as warm and friendly but it was not an in depth visit.
Dr. Shock is very knowledgeable and nice to talk with. The receptionist who checks you in. Not so much
