Dr. Schock and staff are always very professional and courteous. Wait times are always short. Dr. Schock always ask about my health and always gives clear, concise descriptions. My experiences here have always been totally positive and no hassle. This group is great!

I have been with Dr. Schock for numerous years. The reason: Professional, knowledgeable, caring serious and he has a great sense of humor to go along with it. I don’t believe you can do better than that.
Waited 15 minutes after checking in, was put in an exam room..then waited 75 minutes to NOT BE SEEN. I lost all my ability to wait so I got my coat and left. I understand you're a specialist office....but people have things to do. If there other doctors there...USE THEMI wasted a whole day driving out there and back. Getting teeth pulled would of been more exciting.
Wait hour half to be call in with snow on time for appointment
