My wait in waiting room was longer than the time spent with Dr Schock. He presented as warm and friendly but it was not an in depth visit.
Dr. Shock is very knowledgeable and nice to talk with. The receptionist who checks you in. Not so much
Was very thorough in reviewing my situation. Was very open and his demeanor put you at ease. Was interested in you as a person, not just a patient.
Dr Schock was very personable and he spoke to us in lamens terms. He was very funny and respectable. He provided us a very relaxed atmosphere.
Made an experience I was super nervous about very comfortable for me.
It was busy in the office today yet I never felt rushed. The doctor made me feel like I was the only patient in the office. He took the time to address all my questions.
On time for the appointment and pleasant.
