This was my first visit to Dr Suffoletta's office. I found him and his staff to be refreshingly honest and caring. Everytime I go see a new dentist they want to "redo" my previous dental work. Not this office. Their attitude is if it is not "broken leave it alone". Also, I found that the staff turnover is minimal and are happy. My previous dentist's staff was constantly turning over (to me not a good sign). This means the whole office works as a unit towards a common goal of growing and maintaining a successful practice. From the moment that you walk through the door you are greeted and treated like family. Friendly smiles and a warm environment . Dr. Suffoletta and his team are energetic , kind, and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone. Can't imagine going anywhere else.
I've been getting less than adequate dental care from my previous dentist for some time. I'm happy to say that has changed now that I have changed to Dr. Suffoletta's office, especially in preventative care. I've got some catching up to do and Heidi is helping me do that (I love Heidi). If you think your care at your current dentist is lacking, give this office a try...you will be glad you did.
Exceptionally professional and very welcoming. The facility and staff are very thorough and everything was explained to me without any confusion. Dr. Suffoletta did a great job on making my first visit a positive experience
I have to say. I am out of network with Jeff but I would rather pay out of pocket and know that the work done by Dr Suffoletta will be done to perfection. He is the most amazing and his work is never compromised I can't say enough his staff is so wonderful and explains every detail before you leave his office. Thank you to all of you. Lucille Bruno
