Great experience and very Professional
He made me feel very comfortable about the surgery he had to do on both of my eyes. This was because from the beginning of our appointments, he explained my issue (Fuchs Dystrophy) and made sure I understood what this disease would do to my eyes and what it would take to fix this problem. He answered all my questions in detail and with confidence. I went back for my 3 month check-up from my Lazik Eye correction surgery. I can't believe that I waited so long to get this done. It is amazing how great my vision is. I am so happy with my Dr and his staff. They are the best in DE.
He is professional, friendly, funny, knowledgeable, answers your questions, takes time and makes sure you completely understand his findings and what the results may or may not be.
Everything went on schedule and all the staff were polite and professional.
VERY thorough and the staff is very friendly. However the waiting time is quite long. I was there for 3 hours and that is longer than most. Maybe its not like that all the time. I shall see next visit.
after checking in and getting 1st testing long wait to see dr. minkovitz,because he is in such demand. So that is good and bad.
The Doctor and his Assistant provided me with excellent service on my visit. Very professional and explained things to me as needed.
Everyone on Dr Jeff’s staff was courteous, professional and helpful. They put me at ease in preparation for my procedure.
