My visit this morning was less than satisfactory. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before I went in. This happenedonly when I went to the desk to complain about the long wait. Jeannine then came out took me right in and that was great. Someone should have come out to tell me why the wait was so long. My wait to see Dr. Minkowitz was also long but he explained why he was late and that was fine.
I have recently had cataract surgery in both my eyes and the experience and results were excellent. Dr. Minkovitz is a caring, very skillful surgeon and has a very well-trained, efficient staff. He personally called me the evening of the day of my surgery to check on my eye! I highly recommend the practice to anyone having eye health issues.
Left eye surgery everyone in the office was great and professional. Surgery went well and everyone was very helpful and caring after my surgery.
I love the fact that he takes the time to explain the situation and answer a questions I may. He’s very caring and I love the employees in the office they also are caring and friendly.
Dr. Minkovitz performed cataract surgery on my R eye about 3 years ago. When I woke up from surgery, I could not see correctly and asked for him to come see me. When he got there, he was clearly annoyed, impatient and said, “I am very busy and have more surgeries to do today. You’ve taken me away from my other patients. It will clear up soon.” Then left. Looking at all the diploma's hanging on the wall, he is well educated.!! I have had Dr. Minkovitz complete one surgery (my right eye) and now is scheduled to do my left eye. I feel more confident this time around since I have seen the great results from my first surgery. I am looking forward to having the better vision in both eyes so I can see the world more clearly.
I had both eyes operated on for cataracts within 21 days. I had excellent care and results. This is a very professional, caring and competent practice.
I was in the ER with a metal chip in my eye on Saturday evening, I was told to have a followup immediately when I called the receptionist, she snickered, "oh you want to come in this week".....I found another Doctor!!!! And by the way I got an appointment for the same day.....
