Dr. Shadle and practice are awesome, and I've recommended them to many family and friends. Great bedside manner, and super-friendly staff. Dr. Shadle always takes the time to listen to my needs and never seems rushed. I've seen Villy a couple of times for sick visits, when Dr. Shadle was booked, and she's just as great. All in all, this is a fantastic practice, and I highly recommend.

Dr. Shadle himself, and his whole staff has been outstanding. They work me in whenever I need to be, and always go above and beyond to make sure i have everything i need when i leave. I have seen his PA Villy a few times and she is also nothing short of exceptional. I never leave the office confused or with questions. It is hard to find a doctors office that is as attentive as they are. I would recommend Dr. Shadle or Villy to anyone who is looking for a family practice provider.

2nd attempt to leave review. Mr. Shadle never could diagnose my low testosterone. also he diagnosed but never bothered to treat Bell's palsy in left side of face. I later got bills policy on right side of my face. went to a real doctor who gave me an injection and it went away within a week. this man is just barely qualified to dig ditches. anything more I don't think he can handle

This person has been leaving this comment, and similar comments on various review platforms, and has not been a patient of our practice for many years. Dr. Shadle takes his oath seriously, and is well known as a diagnostician. We regret this person feels he had a bad experience, but we can assure you that he was treated appropriately at the time he was being treated in our office.
I have gone to Dr. Shadle for years. He is a great doctor who is caring, concerned and does not over medicate. I recently became eligible for Medicare. For a year before that time I was told Humana Medicare was the best plan and was what Dr.Shadle would accept. AFTER the open enrollment last December, I was called by an office worker to inform me that Dr. Shadle would no longer accept Humana Medicare as if January 2018. Too late!!! Very poor office management!!! ?????? Too bad for us all??

It appears that you've had an excellent relationship with Dr. Shadle and have had positive experiences at his office. We appreciate that review! Regarding the decision to no longer accept your insurance plan, we posted notification on the Patient Portal, personally called patients, and mailed letters notifying our patients of the change. We also hosted open houses where our patients could come meet with a certified Medicare representative to learn about all available plans our office accepts.
Good doctor but the office seems to be always running late. Half an hour late for an early morning appointment.

We sincerely apologize if you had to wait in our office. Our average wait time from check in until being called back to a room is 7 minutes. There are occasions when we do run slightly behind schedule for various reasons, but it is not the norm in our office. If you ever have to wait more than 10 minutes to be called back for an appointment, please notify a member of the front staff.
