I found a different doctor. Seemed like there was a new nurse or PA every time I went. Didn’t keep staff. Made me skeptical. Also very difficult to talk on phone or get a message returned. Runs like an impersonal clinic. I want more from my physician.
Incompetent and does not care about his patients. Would love to talk to him but can’t get through his phone filters.
He diagnosed me with Bell's palsy. He never treated it and now the left side of my face is permanently Frozen
Dr. Shadle is a very caring, understanding and knowledgeable individual. I have been going to him since 2008 and would recommend anybody to him. You can't get a better family doctor in my opinion.
My husband and I have been Dr. Shadle's patience since he moved to Plano from Oklahoma. He is a wonderful doctor, kind, patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. He listens to us and we never feel rushed. We highly recommend Dr. Shadle.
Dr. Shadle is a very caring individual. He never makes you feel rushed and he listens carefully to your concerns. His staff is extremely friendly and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Dr. Shadle to anyone looking for a first-rate family doctor.
