I received excellent care for my TKR from Dr. Bircoll and his Snellville team. Communication was good and they were very responsive to questions during recovery.
When Dr Greenfield examined me checking my strength he barely touched me. I heard Dr Greenfield in the room adjacent to me after he slammed the door leaving my room. He was more cordial to that patient and even said “have a great day”I found myself asking what was the difference in me and that patient. Dr. Cahoon is pleasant and kind. At appointments, he is well-prepared and on time. A few months ago, Dr. Cahoon performed rotator cuff surgery on my dominant arm. It had become increasingly painful and disrupted my daily activities. The surgery went very well; it was calm and well-organized. The other surgical staff members were also skilled and kind. Dr Albert is caring, and a great diagnostician, explaining care plan and outcome, to include drawing a diagram.Was seen in a timely manner, all co xerns answered. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I have seen Dr. Gleason twice and both times he corrected my symptoms. He is a delightful person who makes you feel like you are his only patient. I am so happy that he took care of me.
Dr. Bircoll is the best….. My Husband had a shoulder replacement in 2010 and I can’t Thank him and his staff enough for the great treatment that my husband Darryl Thompson has received….The staff is very professional and I would recommend Dr. Bircoll any day for surgery…. After five weeks of being in a boot and being told I needed to do 3 more weeks and then see what to do from there including surgery from the first doctor I saw, I sought a second opinion. He told me to get rid of the boot and walk and that my fracture is more like an ankle sprain and that I was getting stiff from wearing a boot for so long. No more hopping on crutches which is a feat at 73 yr. old. He even took my boot off, looked at my foot and checked my range of motion that the first doctor did not.
