Dr. Albert is courteous, knowledgeable, and demonstrates that he truly cares about his patients. He did a wonderful job on my total knee replacement.
Very professional and reassuring. Straight to the point. Friendly and obviously very experienced and knowledgeable . Readily accommodated my late arrival .
I fell and slipped on ice and hurt my knee and shoulder . Based on X-rays, Dr. Albert gave me a good assessment of what was wrong and what treatment was needed. He had a very calm bedside manner and did not rush me. This was my first visit with him and I felt he was very good.
Dr. Albert is a highly-skilled surgeon and is methodical in his evaluation and treatment of medical issues. I have the utmost respect and confidence in his abilities
I have seen Dr. Albert’s over the years for different knee issues in particular and have always found him to be caring, thorough, and intentional with me about my questions and concerns.
We were seen extremely promptly by Dr. Albert. Everything about my knee replacement was explained thoroughly. We felt that Dr. Albert cared about the outcome of the surgery. He seemed confident and knowledgeable. I trusted him , as he had also done my arthroscopic knee surgery on the other knee. The whole process is stressful, and he made my husband and me as comfortable as you can feel about surgery. There are surgeons closer to me , but I did not know them. Surgery is never an easy decision.
Dr Albert is caring, and a great diagnostician, explaining care plan and outcome, to include drawing a diagram.Was seen in a timely manner, all co xerns answered. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Dr. Albert was a pleasure to deal with. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and caring.
