Get a new receptionist at Gary street, your current one is unprofessional and rude. Don’t go here if you need your child to be tested. They waited until the very last day of my sons testing to tell me “oh by the way you owe us 500$ bc of insurance” and are now refusing to provide the results of my sons testing. Looks like from other reviews this is a pattern for this place. DO NOT GO HERE

Voy siempre con mis 3 o dos niños, es un centro bastante organizado y tranquilo.
We started going here early 2024. Everything was going well, until we determined further more in depth testing needed to be done for my childs current struggles. During testing our insurance changed and I became self pay. My card was charged hours before my appointment time, and on a day that we were no longer scheduled to recieve services i was charged again. They did reimburse my account, after I called, however there's really no reason to charge someone for an appointment that was rescheduled over a week before, who wasn'... read more
Do not go if you have a special needs child with a lot of tantrums. Counselor told us we can’t have “her (my daughter) screaming like this in here” that’ll it’ll take up too much time. I advised her we are here to get my daughter the help she needs to help with these tantrums so we’ll find somewhere else to do the evaluation. I canceled all my appointments because why would I got back to a place that can’t handle my child’s conditions I’d much rather go somewhere elsewhere even if it’s an hour long drive and with people who ... read more
