Do not go if you have a special needs child with a lot of tantrums. Counselor told us we can’t have “her (my daughter) screaming like this in here” that’ll it’ll take up too much time. I advised her we are here to get my daughter the help she needs to help with these tantrums so we’ll find somewhere else to do the evaluation. This place is horrible with no system in place. They take forever with their results. Everyone says they will call back but never do unless they want payment.

I’ve had trouble getting help with my mental health…… I had a mental health crisis and had to do a same day cancellation… they weren’t understanding and wanted a 55$ cancellation fee… their appointment availability is already awful… surely their business will close down sooner than later with their lack of understanding and compassion along with lack of appointment availability… thankfully, I’m working with voc rehab as of last month and they will be doing my psychological evaluation so I won’t be going back to Robinson Kyle... read more
