Excellent experience. Dr. Jean Jaffke made me feel at ease. A thorough examination detailing the in office assessment and then the surgical procedure. Everything was explained clearly.
Dr. Jaffke is so kind and patient. She took the time to explain to my child and me what was going on and how she could fix it. We had seen a surgeon a few months prior and the experience was awful; the surgeon had zero bedside manner, was arrogant and spoke down to us, and his nurse was rude and off-putting. This experience was the total opposite of that. Both the nurse and the Dr. here were kind and pleasant, and they got us in on short notice. I cannot say enough good things! So happy I found Dr. Jaffke!

Always professional always makes you comfortable and can have a good chuckle over what is not always a fun situation
Procedure ease was great and medical staff were great! Only thing was the wait time being a little longer than I wished it to be (about an hour)
