I recently visited Dr. Bruce and, unfortunately, my experience left me feeling dissatisfied and uncomfortable. The appointment was very brief—no more than 10 minutes. I felt that the doctor did not thoroughly examine the issues I came in for. He looked at the back of my ear for only a couple of seconds and did not explain what the problem was until I specifically asked. First time visit with Dr.Faith Esterson she made me very comfortable explained my issue were I could understand it and told me a lot about what was going on . Her assistance was good also and made me comfortable. Thanks very much much
As Always, Dr. Glassman was very thorough in his examination. He took the time to ask if I had any issues and he performed a small procedure to solve a concern of mine. He also took the time to ask if I had any questions before he left the exam room.
Dr Schiff is always welcoming and supportive. I’ve been seeing him for years and I’m very confident in him.
