Dr. Barnett was pleasant and efficient. He listened to my questions and gave suggestions.
Went to check out a growth on my scalp that turned out to be a squamous cell carcinoma. Dr. Barnett, as always, did a great job of taking a biopsy, and the results came in much faster than anticipated so that Moh’s surgery could be scheduled. He threw in a full-body scan while he was at it. He didn’t spot — and I forgot to ask about — two very small growths on my ear lobes, but I’ll have them checked out when I go in for the Moh’s. My PCP referred me to Dr Barnett for an annual skin screening. The office procedures for check in as a new patient were efficient. Dr Barnett was pleasant. But, I will seek out another dermatologist for future needs. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me and that included freezing a small area on one of my ear lobes. The total cost for the 5 minute screening was $235.
I had some kind of rash on my ankles and lower legs after vacationing in New Hampshire. Dr Barnett was very curt and brusque with me. He never even said “hi” to me after I greeted him when he entered the exam room. He spent all of around 30 seconds with me but did prescribe a cream has has helped me and did say I had an allergic reaction. When I asked him “a reaction to what” he didn’t answer me. I WAITED FOR OVER 35 MINUTES WHILE AT LEAST 8 PEOPLE WHO CAME AS MUCH AS 20 MINUTES AFTER ME WERE LED TO THEIR APPOINTMENTS WITH THE DOCTOR. I FINALLY ASKED WHY MY TURN HAD NOT COME. ONLY TO HEAR FROM THE RECEPTIONIST WHO SIGNED ME IN THAT 'MY CHART DID NOT SHOW UP' AND SHE 'DID NOT KNOW WHY'. AT THAT POINT, ANOTHER RECEPTIONIST WALKED OVER TO THE PRINTER AND HANDED MY CHART TO THE FIRST RECEPTIONIST!!!??? Excellent efficient care
Dr. Barnett, as always is very caring, efficient and friendly. Dr. Barnett has been my Dermatologist for the past 30 years. I respect him highly and recommend him without hesitation.
To the point he doesn’t do anything just talking. And not effective to my treatment acne is wasting my MONEY
