The office staff are efficient, professional and friendly, as is Dr. Bachrach. He always has a nice upbeat attitude when he greets you. His staff is at the ready to assist him in the examining room. They have completed the initial updating of any changes in your health, have done an eye exam and have taken your eye pressures and charted the results. At age 82, and never having had elective surgery, I was apprehensive but all my fears and apprehensions were put to rest by my experience with the ease of the surgical experience. The entire staff of assistant personnel was extremely polite, patient, and made me feel at ease and comprised a staff that would make any Physician proud. Always very professional and also a fun atmosphere!
Dr. Bacharach has provided me with excellent personal attention and comprehensive examinations and explanations at every visit. I feel very lucky to be able to have his services as my aging eyes begin to need more specialized care and probably surgery.
Quick and easy. Improvement obvious right away.. eye was sore for one day. Eye drops had been provided. Just a little concerned that staff briefly thought that the proceedure would be on my left eye, as I had already had a YAG on my right eye. I presume that The YAG proceedure is rarely repeated on the same eye.
As always I enjoy visiting the office because all the personnel are fabulous, friendly, and positive. They calm you when needed and help with any concerns. Dr. B is the greatest, need to clone him! Great bedside manner, funny, explains procedures to the layman, & always takes personal interest in his patients. 10 out of 5 stars!!!
Even though I was 1/2 hour late for my appointment because of the rain, staff fit me in almost immediately. Staff has always been curtious, friendly and efficient. I had a laser scan of my eye. Everyone was professional, friendly and concerned. I am totally freaked out about loosing my vision, you and your staff always give me a glimmer of hope that I might get through this life with that last beautiful sunset.
