I could not ask for better care. I was referred to Dr. Bacharach by my third opthamologist, and am most grateful that I finally found great care. The care I received and continue t o receive for my serious eye condition allows me to lead a normal life. Everybody at the office is polite, competent and friendly. They all deserve 10 stars in my opinion.

When I appear for my appointment I'm always greeted in a friendly manner by the receptionist and later by the technician who takes me to an exam room for the preliminaries of my eye check-up. After that is finished, and after my eyes are dilated (if that's part of the exam), the ever ebullient Dr.Bacharach appears and conducts the actual eye examination. I give a five star review on everything. When scheduling appointments or needing to reschedule when something unforeseen comes up, I've always found it easy to do both and the staff is friendly. Checking in for my appointments is easy and the counter staff are usually friendly and efficient. Especially Dr. Bacharach's personal staff. I have been going to Northbay for 10 years, under the care of Dr. Bacharach the past 5 or so. He is amazing in his personal interest in patients, has the ability to make you feel comfortable and in excellent hands. His skills have saved my eyesight, especially the shunt in my left eye. The staff including Angelica, Priscilla and Jennifer are professional, personable, and knowledgeable. The entire compass of experience at Norhtbay make me actually look forward to seeing my eye doctor.
