Dr. Bacharach's staff quickly fit me into their schedule within a couple of days because of my intense symptoms. His staff was kind, compassionate and highly skilled. Dr. Bacharach was excellent in testing, examining, and assessing my medical situation and conveyed his thoughts to me in a very caring, compassionate, reassuring and thorough manner. I felt huge relief from seeing Dr. Bacharach.
I checked 5 star in every category. Dr Bacharach is so easy to talk to. He is kind, compassionate and made me feel special.. He has a cheerful demeanor, happy, and I have complete faith in him to care for my most precious eyes. Dr. Bacharach arranged for me to have a eye test done the same day so I didn't have to come back the following week.
Ashley quickly called me into the initial testing room and did a great job of asking all the questions. Fortunately, I knew the answer to all of them. Later, it was time to meet with Dr. Bacharach, and we were both pleased with the testing results. I'll be back in January!
Front desk gal always pleasant and efficient. New staff got mixed up on med I am taking. Complete confidence in Dr. Bacharach. Scheduler gave me next appointment 4 months out rather than 3 months and said it was OK. I didn't feel that was right and called when I got home and front desk person (I think) got me rescheduled in 3 months.
Everything was great, Loved seeing Dr. Bacharach again. Thank you, Henry
