I have had the occasion to use Dr. Stein's services on two occasions and I have found him to be the utmost professional. I needed a right shoulder replacement in 2017 and he took a cautious approach until we determined that a more severe approach was needed. He looks out for the patient and will not operate unless he is sure that the procedure is the best remedy. He executed the surgery and the followup perfectly. He showed concern and is treating my left shoulder.
Dr. Stein did a great job of evaluating and repairing my torn rotator cuff and bicep tendons. He explained the options and then performed the surgery. He was very generous with the time spent with me and was on time so there was only a short wait. I believe that his recuperation advice was right on point. I will recommend him to others without hesitation. His staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
Dr. Stein replaced my shoulder and I could not be more pleased with the results. I never had pain after the surgery and the recovery was easy. I was thrilled that I did not have to go to PT, but could do the 2 exercises he gave me on my own. He told me I would be back to full activities after 3 months, and he was right on the mark! I am back enjoying golf, swimming and Pilates. He is kind and caring and never rushes through appointments. I am so glad I found him and highly recommend him.
would not recommend. long wait very rude. could not lift left arm. sent to by primary dr. his pa came in first. dr. would not look at my mri said it was trash from old machine. did no exam sent me to phys. therapy. made problem worse. second visit i took my daughter with me i am 67. he sends me to a spine dr.????. he looked at everything explained all gave me a cortisone shot all was good.....
Never saw the Dr, but office staff was extremely nice rude when I called to schedule a new patient appointment.
Don’t go to this doctor on your worse day!!!! Reasons - very late, no apology to a new patient, no exam of my rotator cuff area, arm or neck -I said the pain was excruciating and radiating to the right side of my neck he adamantly stated that “a rotator cuff problem does not cause the pain you feel” his diagnosis-a neck problem and told me to see another doctor! Reluctantly gave me cortisone injection. My orthopedic retired-had to find another but not this unprofessional and bias person. Bad!!
haven Even before meeting the doctor, I was disappointed and mad at one of the staff. .while I was trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient, I've had a few questions but her attitude didn't seem like she cared nor wanting to help. Even if he is the only shoulder specialist in the area, I WOULD NOT call that office back ever again!!
Unfortunately I had to seek another doctor to repair my shoulder after Dr. Stein's shoulder surgery. I can't lift my arm up after 2 surgeries. Half the time I only see his PA. He and his PA are very arrogant. I hope they understand that we are people and have lives.
Grate grate and grate
