Never saw the Dr, but office staff was extremely nice rude when I called to schedule a new patient appointment.

Don’t go to this doctor on your worse day!!!! Reasons - very late, no apology to a new patient, no exam of my rotator cuff area, arm or neck -I said the pain was excruciating and radiating to the right side of my neck he adamantly stated that “a rotator cuff problem does not cause the pain you feel” his diagnosis-a neck problem and told me to see another doctor! Reluctantly gave me cortisone injection. My orthopedic retired-had to find another but not this unprofessional and bias person. Bad!!

haven Even before meeting the doctor, I was disappointed and mad at one of the staff. .while I was trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient, I've had a few questions but her attitude didn't seem like she cared nor wanting to help. Even if he is the only shoulder specialist in the area, I WOULD NOT call that office back ever again!!

Unfortunately I had to seek another doctor to repair my shoulder after Dr. Stein's shoulder surgery. I can't lift my arm up after 2 surgeries. Half the time I only see his PA. He and his PA are very arrogant. I hope they understand that we are people and have lives.

I had both shoulders replaced by Dr Stein. I was unable to roll over in bed and perform daily activities prior to surgery. I am now pain free. Full range of motion. Not only is Stein skillful, but very caring.

Dr. Stein has replaced both of my shoulders and the whole experience and results were everything I could ever expect. The way everyone treated me from scheduling to attention during office visits and surgery was excellent. The facility was always clean and the staff very professional. I now have no pain and better movement than I have had in years. I would recommend this procedure and Dr. Stein to anyone having shoulder problems.

The interaction, support and insight by Dr. Stein to the procedure and healing process were phenomenal. His "bedside"manner is excellent and makes the patient extremely comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Stein to family and friends.
