I waited 1 hour and 20-30 minutes to see the doctor. He did apologize and explained why. But I didn't feel he took time with me and I felt rushed.

Just being honest... I had more questions than answers when I left. I know Dr Stein knows what he is doing, but feel a much better job could be done explaining it to the lay person. You can get it repaired, or not, isn't very comforting. No real information to peruse and make an informed decision.
