Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was this provider's office clean? I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I felt that they really valued my health because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I have been a patient for the past 3 years and have had only a professional expieriance. The doctor is very friendly and knowledgable. I wish I had found him earlier. The front office always is helpfull. I tell all my family and friends to go to this clinic.
