While the Dr. did answer some of the questions I had, I still felt at a loss for information at the end of the visit(s). The Dr. wasn't very understanding or caring, nor did he show any empathy what-so-ever for my situation. I felt like 1 out of many cattle being herded. . I am very please with the staff and the care I receive here. I have changed insurance to keep Dr. Kobobel so I didn't have to change doctors because I like Dr. Kobobel so much! And I like his staff alot! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Melanie help alot too.
