They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Dr was nice and attentive, seems competent and pleasant but the staff was indifferent at best particularly the gal who closes the desk window and ignores who is standing there waiting.
