Always out of town, doesnt work with any other doctors so you are on your own. Very rude about my medical condition calling it a public sanitation concern, doesn't seem to take your conditions seriously. They were cold and not friendly enough. I didn't feel at home here. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Their staff is very friendly and professional; I felt welcome. I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They are always polite and never use foul language, if one considers no call backs and never picking up the phone when one calls polite. I do not.. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
