Staff is professional & personable. I am always excited to go in there. Dr. Boyd always makes sure I am taken care of, as well as staff. I have referred many people over there. At first, I was worried when Dr. Rawls retired because I'm not crazy about change, but this office is the absolute best. I love how the entire office is run. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I LOVE the girls at the front as well. <3
I normally hate going to the dentist. If any team can change that perception, it is the Jana Boyd team! Thanks for being so friendly, pleasant and professional!
The office staff was friendly and welcoming. My hygienist, Erica, was gentle yet thorough. She explained everything she was doing, and she made sure that I was comfortable. Dr. Boyd was professional and thorough, also personable and friendly. My experience at Dr. Boyd’s office was excellent in all ways.
The staff was great like always but I had some problems with my insurance and they were patient and made sure they got all the questions answered. They also made sure that I knew I could call back for another appointment when me insurance was straight. I appreciate there time and understanding😁👍
